David Diaz born and raised in NEW YORK, knows a thing or two about the success that comes from combining an innovative business approach with an insistence on first-class customer service. As a Compass Real Estate Advisor affiliated with the Cuffia Team in Fort Lauderdale, David applies the skills he has earned over the course of his career, first spending many years with a major insurance company during their ascent to the top ranks of that industry, and for the past 14 years as a real estate professional. David has been recognized as a “Who’s Who” in his chosen occupation and has a history of multi-million dollar total annual sales. You’ll be impressed by his confident approach and put at ease by his disarming nature and welcoming smile. The accomplishments David has accumulated are all attributable to his ability to form close relationships. Helping people is David’s passion, listening closely to your needs, and thinking creatively to solve problems before they arise.

David is a New York native, and a graduate of Pace University with a bachelor’s degree in international marketing management. A South Florida resident for close to three decades, David has fully embraced his life in this thriving region, devoting ample time to local charities. He finds time to serve as a board member of Slow Burn Theatre, and supports HANDY, the Children’s Diagnostic and Treatment Center, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and more.  When he was asked to be a Glammy honoree,  he didn’t hesitate to be a part of this great cause and organization.

What’s more, he shows his love for Fort Lauderdale as an ambassador of #Choose954 and founder of the pop-up dining experience group Foodie Freaks. Professionally, he is also an active member of the Realtors of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale.

It’s all about you, the client, who reminds David daily why he does, and loves, what he does and being a philanthropist to help those affected by cancer.
